NAO “Karaganda Industrial University” announces a tender for the transfer of an object for property hire (lease), the dining room of a new building with a total area of 121.0 sq.m., located at the address: Temirtau, Republic Ave., 30, purpose organization of a catering facility (canteen) for students and employees of NAO “CarIU”, for a period of for one year.
The minimum cost per square meter is 1700 (one thousand seven hundred) tenge.
As security for the fulfillment of the obligations of the Employer, within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, the Employer makes a guarantee payment, the amount of which is set at one monthly rent under the Contract, and is 205,700 (Two hundred five thousand seven hundred) tenge.
The guarantee payment is at the disposal of NAO “CarIU” for the entire period of the Contract as a guarantee of proper fulfillment by the Employer of obligations under the Contract.
