SUMMER SCHOOL CONCLUDES AT KARIU

On June 22, Karaganda Industrial University hosted a ceremonial event marking the conclusion of its Summer School for students. Throughout the program, participants explored the university, modern technologies, and technical specialties in an engaging and educational format.

Around 70 students from Grades 1 to 10 took part in the Summer School. The program included campus tours, thematic classes, and hands-on workshops. Participants learned more about in-demand engineering and technical professions, visited laboratories and training facilities, and had the opportunity to try themselves in the role of future specialists.

According to the organizers, the main goal of the project was not only to introduce students to the university’s activities but also to spark their interest in science, technology, and engineering creativity. Thanks to the accessible presentation of materials and practical activities, the learning process was both engaging and enjoyable.

The closing ceremony became a memorable celebration for all participants. Every student received a certificate recognizing their participation in the educational program. The children enthusiastically shared their impressions, new knowledge, and friendships gained during the Summer School.

Words of gratitude were expressed to the faculty and staff of Karaganda Industrial University. Parents highlighted the high level of organization, the attentive care shown to the children, and the rich educational program. The students, in turn, thanked their mentors for the inspiring classes and the opportunity to gain a closer insight into the world of technical professions.

Once again, the Summer School proved to be a platform where learning is combined with creativity, communication, and discovery, helping students take their first steps toward choosing their future careers.
