On February 20, as part of the action plan of the ZHAÑARU, the quest “Route of Law” was held at the university. The event was organized by the compliance officer of Karaganda Industrial University, who prepared interactive stations for students: “Rights,” “Responsibilities,” “Safety,” “Ethics,” and “Legal Traps.”
The quest was aimed at increasing students’ legal
literacy and fostering a culture of integrity. While completing the stations,
participants analyzed real-life situations in a game-based format, learned to
distinguish between their rights and responsibilities, assessed potential legal
risks, and found lawful ways to resolve them.
Special attention was paid to issues of academic
integrity, compliance with ethical standards, and adherence to compliance
principles. This format allowed not only to test students’ knowledge but also
to develop their critical thinking, sense of responsibility, and
decision-making skills.
Holding the quest contributes to fostering respect for
the law among young people, understanding of personal responsibility, and
awareness of the importance of complying with legal norms in academic and
future professional activities.
