On September 25–26, 2026, the International Round Table «The Role of
Youth Initiatives in University Activities: International Experience, Modern
Approaches and Local Practices» will be held at Karaganda Industrial
University.
The event, organized under the auspices of the National Engineering
Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, will bring together representatives of
the academic community, foreign scholars, university experts and young people.
Participants will discuss the development of student leadership, the
involvement of young researchers in university projects, international
cooperation, and modern mechanisms for supporting youth initiatives.
Representatives of Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Incheon National
University, the Japanese Geotechnical Association, University Tun Hussein Onn
Malaysia and AGH University will take part in the Round Table.
The international meeting will provide a platform for sharing
experience, learning about successful practices and seeking new solutions
capable of strengthening the role of young people in the development of a
modern university.
