An educational competition dedicated to the 85th
anniversary of the outstanding Kazakh hero, writer, and military figure
Bauyrzhan Momyshuly was held at Karaganda Industrial University.
Students demonstrated their knowledge of the legendary
commander’s life and military career, and introduced the audience to his
literary legacy and creative works. The participants presented and defended
their presentations, spoke about the writer’s works, and also recited poems
expressively.
Following the results of the competition, the winners
of the first, second, and third places were awarded diplomas and commemorative
prizes. The winner who took first place received a special gift — a theatre
ticket. All participants were presented with letters of appreciation for their
active participation, interest in history, and aspiration for knowledge.
The competition reminded students of the courage,
resilience, and devotion to the Motherland that distinguished Bauyrzhan
Momyshuly. His heroic path and literary legacy continue to serve as an example
for the younger generation.
Knowledge of history helps preserve the continuity of
generations and shape the future of the country. The memory of Bauyrzhan
