On September 28, the first meeting of the Board of Directors of the new
academic year was held at Karaganda Industrial University. The meeting was
chaired by Zhasulan Kudaibergenovich Shaimardanov, Chairman of the Board of
Directors.
The participants discussed issues that directly affect the university’s
day-to-day operations: organization of internal processes, improving management
efficiency, and the further development of KarIU.
The tasks set by the university’s Sole Shareholder — the Ministry of
Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan — were also
considered separately.
Following the meeting, decisions were made aimed at ensuring more
coordinated work among all university departments and further implementing the
planned objectives.
The first meeting of the Board of Directors in the new academic year
marked the beginning of work on the key tasks that KarIU will address in the
near future. The focus is on accountability for results, transparency in
operations, and the consistent development of the university.
