On March 2, a dialogue platform was held at the Karaganda Industrial University, dedicated to discussing the draft of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the upcoming national referendum.
During the meeting, participants discussed the key
provisions of the draft, its significance for the country’s further
development, and the role of citizens in making important state decisions.
Particular attention was paid to participation in the referendum as an
important manifestation of civic responsibility and an active public stance.
The speakers of the event were Nurzhan
Khamidullayevich Azhikov, Executive Secretary of the Temirtau City филиал of the AMANAT Party, and Nurlykhan Kalkaman, member
of the Public Council of Temirtau. They provided detailed explanations of the
main directions of the proposed amendments, answered questions from students
and university staff, and emphasized the importance of conscious participation
of every citizen in the upcoming vote.
The dialogue platform was held in an open discussion
format. Participants had the opportunity to express their opinions, ask
questions of interest, and receive competent clarifications. The event became
an important platform for the exchange of views and for enhancing the legal
culture of young people.
