From July 12 to 17, 2026, an introductory visit of a delegation representing higher education institutions from Kazakhstan, Latvia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan took place within the framework of the international cooperation program “Quality Systems in Modern Agriculture: A Practical Perspective”, implemented jointly with Green Crops Polska (Republic of Poland).
The participants of the program visited Poland’s leading agricultural enterprises — Green Crops Farm, Green Factory, and Horticultural Farm, where they became acquainted with modern production technologies, innovative approaches to quality management, and advanced practices in the field of agriculture.
An important part of the program was the active participation of the delegation in the 4th International Conference, held at the Ignacy Mościcki State Academy of Applied Sciences in the city of Ciechanów. The conference served as an effective platform for exchanging experience, discussing current challenges in the agricultural sector, and developing international academic partnerships.
The achieved results open up new opportunities for strengthening cooperation between educational institutions and foreign partners. As part of the further development of international relations, representatives of higher education institutions, including Altynarai Takibayeva, Director of the Department of Strategic Development and Internationalization at Karaganda Industrial University, will participate in the next event of the Erasmus+ “Open Food Innovation University” project at the invitation of Irina Kulitane, the Project Consortium Coordinator from the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU).
The next partners’ meeting will be held on September 25–26, 2026, at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology (Republic of Uzbekistan). During the meeting, the participants will discuss further areas of cooperation, innovative educational practices, and prospects for the development of international projects in the agro-industrial sector.
International partnership continues to expand the horizons of academic cooperation by promoting the implementation of advanced experience, the development of scientific research, and the improvement of the quality of training for a new generation of specialists.
