The Department of Physical Education of Karaganda Industrial University, together with the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the city of Temirtau, organized the Temirtau City Streetball Championship among youth dedicated to International Women’s Day – March 8.
The tournament was aimed at:
• promoting a healthy lifestyle;
• popularizing basketball among school and college students;
• conducting career guidance activities among school students and college
students of Temirtau.
School students and college students of Temirtau took part in the
competition. In total, 8 teams participated in the tournament.
🏆 Competition Results:
🥇 1st place — Karaganda Industrial University team “Retro”
🥈 2nd place — School № 20 team
🥉 3rd place — Karaganda Industrial University team
⭐ The best
player of the tournament was recognized as Firuza Alidodova.
