A LEGAL HOUR ON CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM WAS HELD AT KARAGANDA INDUSTRIAL UNIVERSITY

On February 19, a Legal Hour dedicated to issues of constitutional reform was held for students at Karaganda Industrial University. The event was conducted in the format of a legal dialogue under the theme “The Constitution and Reforms: A New Stage in Kazakhstan’s Development” and became a platform for open discussion of current changes in the country’s socio-political life.

The speaker of the meeting was Abil-Said Tileubaev, a lecturer of the Department of “History of Kazakhstan and General Education Disciplines.” During his presentation, the key provisions of the constitutional transformations were examined, as well as their significance for the further development of the state and for strengthening the principles of legality, justice, and civic responsibility.

Students actively participated in the discussion, asked questions, and expressed their views on the role of the Constitution in shaping a rule-of-law state. Such events contribute to enhancing the legal culture of young people and fostering a conscious civic position.
