On February 12, Karaganda Industrial University held a round table discussion on the topic “Psychology of Labor Conflict.”

A.V. Yaruta, Head of the University’s Psychological Service, paid special attention to issues of effective communication, emotional resilience, and the formation of a healthy working environment.

Ombudsperson G.S. Dairbekova emphasized the importance of observing corporate culture and ethical standards, provided practical examples from her professional experience, and outlined approaches to preventing labor disputes.

Compliance Officer S.S. Ibragimova highlighted the significance of academic integrity and an anti-corruption culture. She also gave a detailed overview of the activities of the Public Association “Zhanaru,” which works to eliminate the causes of corruption, conducts public oversight, and promotes an anti-corruption mindset within the university.

The round table became a platform for exchanging experience: participants analyzed real-life cases and presented practical recommendations for strengthening trust, improving communication effectiveness, and enhancing internal team interaction.
