On February 12, Karaganda Industrial University hosted an inclusive career guidance event titled “The World of Professions in Colors and Shapes” with elements of art diagnostics and origami. The participants were inclusive teenagers, for whom a comfortable and supportive environment was created to help раскрыть their potential and professional interests.
The main goal of
the event was to assist in making a conscious choice of future profession,
broaden understanding of various career fields, and build confidence in
personal abilities. The program was designed so that each teenager could
express themselves through creative and practical activities.
As part of the art
diagnostics session, participants expressed their interests and inclinations
through drawings, colors, and figurative associations. This format gently
revealed individual characteristics, preferences, and strengths of each
teenager. Creative tasks helped the participants better understand themselves
and reflect on possible directions for professional development.
Origami held a
special place in the program. By creating paper figures, teenagers developed
attentiveness, patience, and последовательность действий. The folding process became a symbol of building a
professional path: step by step, a complete result is formed, requiring effort
and belief in one’s own abilities.
During the event,
the teenagers also learned about the academic programs of Karaganda Industrial
University and in-demand professions. The organizers emphasized the importance
of equal opportunities in education and professional self-determination for all
categories of youth.
The event “The
World of Professions in Colors and Shapes” became not only a career guidance
platform but also a space of support, inspiration, and new discoveries, where
each participant could feel their significance and take the first step toward a
conscious choice of their future profession.
