Program Goal
Training of qualified specialists in the field of construction, possessing a high level of professional knowledge and capable of creatively solving theoretical and practical tasks of their professional activity in modern conditions.
Program Uniqueness
The uniqueness of the educational program lies in its comprehensive and practice-oriented approach, covering all stages of the life cycle of a construction facility. The program integrates digital technologies (BIM, CAD, Artificial Intelligence), emphasizes energy efficiency and sustainable construction, and maintains close collaboration with the industry through internships and real projects.Its distinctiveness is also defined by the accumulation of all relevant and перспективалық professional competencies required for the effective performance of future job functions, their alignment with the labor market needs of the Karaganda region, and the availability of elective courses that complement the core disciplines in accordance with regional employers’ demands.
Furthermore, the program’s uniqueness lies in the fact that specialist training is carried out in response not only to the needs of employers in the Karaganda region but also beyond its boundaries.

The professional field of activity of this educational program is sectoral construction.
The objects of professional activity of graduates of the educational program «6B07301 Industrial and Civil Construction» are:
- Construction and installation departments and organizations,
- Plants for the Production of Construction Products,
- Joint-stock construction associations,
- Design, engineering, and architectural-planning organizations,
- Organizations engaged in engineering surveys.
Qualifications and Positions
A graduate of the Bachelor's program «6B07301 Industrial and Civil Construction» in accordance with the «Qualification Directory of Positions of Managers, Specialists, and Other Employees» approved by the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2020 №553, is permitted to work in the following positions:
- Managerial positions – site foreman, workshop (section) manager, construction supervisor (foreman), shift supervisor, head of the administrative department, head of the production department (head of the production and technical department);
- Specialist positions – design engineer (engineer) without category, quality engineer, construction supervision engineer;
- Positions of managerial, scientific, and technical personnel, common to design, technological, project, and survey organizations: design engineer without category.
