Program Goal
To prepare bachelors with broad theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of ensuring and evaluating the quality of products and services, as well as monitoring the operating conditions of technical and measuring equipment, testing equipment, guided by the rules and requirements fixed in various RTDs to achieve resource savings while maintaining production safety.

The uniqueness of the Development Plan of the educational program is обусловлена the demand of society and relevant industries for qualified engineering and technical personnel with higher professional education, as well as the individual’s need for intellectual, cultural, and moral development, and for obtaining higher professional education and qualifications.
Professional Activity Sphere
Sphere professional activities of the graduate - establishment, implementation and control of the implementation of norms, rules and requirements for products (services), process (work) and system, their development, production, use (consumption) and metrological support, aimed at high quality and safety of products and services, high economic efficiency for the manufacturer and consumer, as well as the organization of the educational process within the knowledge related to standardization, metrology and certification.
Qualifications and Positions
Positions of managers: Chief Metrologist (Head of the Standardization, Metrology and Certification Service); Deputy Director for General Affairs (Administrative Director); Master Control (site, workshop); Head of the Production Laboratory (production control); Head of the Information Department (scientific and Technical information); Head of the Quality Control Department; Head of the Patent and Inventive Work Department; Head of the Standardization Department.
Positions of specialists: Dispatcher, Engineer, Quality Engineer, Metrology Engineer, Scientific and Technical Information Engineer, Patent and Invention Engineer, Standardization Engineer, Intellectual Property Appraiser, Assistant Director (assistant, advisor).
Positions of other employees: Codifier.
Positions of managerial, scientific and technical workers, common for research, design, technological, design and survey organizations: Head (head) of the standardization department; Head (head) of the scientific and technical information department; Engineer, Laboratory Assistant.
