The Department of Operations, Occupational Safety, Civil Defense and Emergency Situations is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the University’s infrastructure, organization of repair works, ensuring safe working conditions, and compliance with occupational safety, fire safety, and civil protection requirements.
The Accounting Department maintains accounting and tax records in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and ensures the calculation of salaries, scholarships, tuition fees, student residence fees, and travel expenses.
The HR Department implements the University’s human resources policy by ensuring the recruitment, development, and support of staff in line with the University’s goals and mission. The Public Procurement Unit carries out the procurement of goods, works, and services to support the University’s operations and oversees the implementation of the public procurement plan.
