Admission Rules

The Executive MBA program is a special program for executives, managers, and entrepreneurs with management experience. Duration of study – 1 year Form of study: full-time evening The goal of the EMBA program is to prepare specialists capable of effectively managing various aspects of business operations, including human resource management, marketing, finance, operations, and strategic planning. Requirements for EMBA applicants • Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens who have completed professional higher/postgraduate education programs are admitted to the EMBA program; • Work experience of at least 1 (one) year. For admission to the EMBA program, work experience must be in a middle and/or senior management position, or as an entrepreneur with management experience; • Higher education diploma; • Persons who received education documents from foreign educational organizations must undergo the procedure of recognition or nostrification of education documents in accordance with the level of education and training profile obtained. Applications for the EMBA program are accepted throughout the year.

Graduates of the Master of Business Administration program (Management direction) can work in various fields and positions related to management. MBA graduates possess broad knowledge and skills in organization, planning, analysis, and decision-making, enabling them to develop and implement business strategies for companies, as well as effectively manage people and projects. They can hold positions such as managers, directors, consultants, analysts, project managers, and others.

Masters of Business Administration (MBA) can carry out analytical, organizational, and management (administrative) activities in such areas as research on the functioning of industry and regional markets, business entities of various organizational and legal forms, improvement of enterprise management systems, and formation of economic strategy and policy of enterprises.

- economic, financial, marketing, production-economic, and analytical processes of organizations and enterprises regardless of their type of activity, form of ownership, categories of participants (residents and non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan), organizational and legal forms, state bodies at the republican and local levels

the study of actions and forms of manifestation of general, particular, and specific economic laws governing the development of economic processes of business entities in specific conditions of an industry or individual enterprise, as well as conditions and factors for identifying reserves to ensure the achievement of the best results at optimal costs
Awarded Degree
Persons who have completed the EMBA educational program and successfully passed the final attestation are awarded the degree of "Master of Business Administration" in the Management direction and are issued a postgraduate education diploma with a supplement (transcript).

  1. application addressed to the rector in the prescribed form
  2. notarized copy of the higher education document with appendices
  3. certificate from the place of employment confirming work experience
  4. six photographs sized 3x4
  5. medical certificate form No. 075/u with fluorography
  6. copy of identity card or passport (3 copies)
  7. resume/brief biography
  8. list of scientific and scientific-methodological works (if available)
  9. motivation letter (Essay)

Note: Along with copies of the listed documents, originals are provided for verification. After verification, originals are returned.

Entrance Exams

Persons applying to the EMBA undergo a personal interview conducted by the examination committee to confirm professional and management experience and the ability to study at the master's level.

Awarded Degree

Persons who have completed the EMBA educational program and successfully passed the final attestation are awarded the degree of "Master of Business Administration" in the Management / Management in Education direction and are issued a postgraduate education diploma with a supplement (transcript).
