Monograph Abstract (Brief Description):
The monograph summarizes research devoted to the development of new technologies and equipment for producing high-quality road construction materials from industrial waste. It examines the possibility of improving the physical and mechanical properties of road construction crushed stone with varying porosity produced from blast furnace slag through preliminary strength-based separation of aggregate particles, pore filling, and impregnation with a water-repellent composition. The effect of the proposed material treatment method on its physical and mechanical properties is evaluated.
The monograph will be useful for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students in the field of Engineering and Engineering Trades, university and college lecturers, as well as engineers, researchers, and technical specialists working at construction enterprises.
Chapters 1, 3, 4, and 5 of the monograph were authored by V.A. Kunaev, while Chapter 2 was authored by A.S. Kadyrov.
