Reading Nation
The "Reading Nation" project is a large-scale intellectual and educational initiative aimed at fostering a culture of regular reading among the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, developing critical and analytical thinking, and promoting books as a source of knowledge among all age and social groups.
The project is implemented within the framework of the concept of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, "Reading Nation," which is an integral part of the strategy for spiritual renewal and intellectual development of the country.

New Knowledge. 100 Best World Textbooks in Kazakh Language
Within the framework of the project "NEW KNOWLEDGE. 100 BEST WORLD TEXTBOOKS IN KAZAKH LANGUAGE," books on such humanitarian disciplines as philosophy, sociology, psychology, economics, management, entrepreneurship, religious studies, linguistics, cultural studies, anthropology, and journalism have been translated.
The idea to make the best university literature in the world available in the Kazakh language belongs to the President of Kazakhstan. On April 12, 2017, Nursultan Nazarbayev proposed an extensive program called "Bolashakka Bagdar: Rukhani Zhangyru."
Currently, within the Rukhani Zhangyru project, the KarIU Scientific Library has received 107 book titles (4,880 copies) since the summer of 2018.
