The University ensures equal and equitable access to quality education by implementing the principles of gender equality, non-discrimination, and inclusive education, creating learning conditions for all categories of students, including persons with special educational needs. As part of the lifelong learning framework, the University implements the "Silver University" program, focused on teaching older adults the basics of information technology and financial literacy. Additionally, micro-credential programs are in place to develop and update professional competencies. To expand educational opportunities and develop interdisciplinary skills, the University offers Minor programs, allowing students to study disciplines outside their major curriculum, build additional competencies, and enhance their competitiveness in the labor market. Furthermore, the University organizes summer schools for school children and conducts various educational and career guidance events that foster an early interest in learning, science, and technology.
