The University adheres to a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption, discrimination, and any form of harassment, supporting a culture of dialogue, mutual respect, and the participation of the University community in governance processes. The implementation of these principles contributes to building strong institutions, strengthening social responsibility, and developing civic awareness. To ensure compliance with ethical standards, prevent violations, and protect the rights of participants in the educational process, the offices of the Compliance Officer and Ombudsman operate at the University. Students and staff can appeal to them for consultations, complaint reviews, and conflict resolution. The activities of these institutions are aimed at increasing trust, openness, and accountability in University governance. The University supports and implements state approaches to strengthening law and order and legal culture, as reflected in the republican concept "Law and Order" ("Zakon i Poryadok"), which focuses on strengthening the rule of law, ensuring justice, access to justice, and raising the legal awareness of society.
