The President of Kazakhstan received the Minister of Science and Higher Education, Sayasat Nurbek. The discussion centered on strategic initiatives and the development of the education system.
The Minister presented measures to build a human capital ecosystem. Special
emphasis was placed on introducing a comprehensive talent management system.
The results of a labor market analysis and a forecast of workforce needs until
2030 were announced. New approaches to expanding access to higher education
were also presented.
Among the initiatives are the AI-Sana and AI-Enabled University projects with
AI integration. The creation of scientific clusters and science cities is under
consideration.
The President instructed to improve the quality of education and the
commercialization of science. Additionally, the task of developing
infrastructure and international cooperation was outlined.
