MINOR CATALOG
An additional educational program Minor (Minor) is a set of disciplines and (or) modules and other types of educational work determined by the student for study in order to form additional competencies.
Minor is offered for selection to all undergraduate students. Each student is required to choose one Minor for study. Minor is studied in the second (for students in abbreviated Type-based programs) and third year (with a full term of study) bachelor’s degree.
Minor consists of four disciplines studied sequentially, the labor intensity is 20 credits (the labor intensity of each discipline is 5 credits).
The disciplines of the additional educational program – Minor are studied by students within the disciplines of the elective component and their volume is included in the total amount of academic credits (240 credits of the main program) required for awarding the Bachelor of Engineering and Technology degree.
