The material base of the university: 6 educational-laboratory buildings with a total area of 3,2253.4 m2
Educational-laboratory base: 59 educational-laboratories, 20 computer classrooms equipped with 296 modern computers with Internet connection, 8 multimedia classrooms.
Area of the land plot: 6414 ha.
Dormitory: 2 dorms with total area equal 10501,3 m2 with 890 bed. All students who need are fully provided with a dorm.
Library: 1263,4 m2 (1 reception, 1 reading rooms), with a total fund of 268273 literatures.
Sports facilities: 5 indoor gyms (1536.1 m2) and an outdoor sports ground (795.4 m2).
F&B facilities: 1 - canteen, 2 - buffets, 1 - modern cafeteria
Assembly halls: The Main building has 300 seats, the New building has 500 seats.
As part of the provision of primary and pre-medical care to students and staff, the university has a medical office and a psychological assistance room "Psychological Service of KarIU".Learning language: Kazakh, Russian, English
