ANNOUNCES A COMPETITION TO FILL VACANT POSITIONS
TEACHING STAFF
NJSC "Karaganda Industrial University" announces international and national competition for filling vacant positions of teaching staff.
Acceptance of documents is carried out by hand or by e-mail hr@tttu.edu.kz in a scanned version.
The time and date of finalization of acceptance of documents: January 31, 2024, until 18.00h.

To participate in the competition it is necessary to submit the following documents:
1. Personal sheet on personnel record (photo 3*4).
2. A copy of the ID card.
3. CV.
4. Copies of diplomas on higher education and academic degree, certificate of academic rank and originals for verification (notarized for faculty members).
5. Copies of certificates of retraining and professional development for the last 3 years in the disciplines taught in the volume of not less than 72 hours, certificates confirming the passage of foreign internships, management courses in education (if available) and originals for verification.
6. Certified list of scientific publications and patents (if any).
7. Medical certificate in the form 075, approved by the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, vaccination passport.
8. Certificate on the presence or absence of information on records issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission by a person of a criminal offense.
9. Information on bringing to administrative responsibility, issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
10. Information on the commission of a corruption offense by a person, issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
11. A certificate from a narcological organization that the bidder is not a member of the competition in the form according to Appendix No. 1 to the standard of public service "Issuance of a certificate from a narcological organization", approved by the order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 № 27272 (Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts № 11304).
12. Certificate from the psychoneurological organization that the bidder is not registered in the form according to Appendix No. 1 to the standard of the state service "Issuance of a certificate from the psychoneurological organization" approved by Order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015, No. 27272 (Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 11304).
13. Presentation of disciplines to teach which the participant of the competition to fill vacant positions of the teaching staff (in electronic form, not more than 10 slides) or presentation of the development of educational programs for those applying for the position of the head of the department.
14. Additional information regarding education, work experience, professional level (recommendations from the management from the previous place of work, etc.).
15. When submitting documents online, scanned copies of documents are submitted, for the competition at the interview at the university, the originals of all documents are also submitted for verification.
