«As noted by Karzhau Samat Yerkinuly (art. gr. PI-21k-1, President of the KarIU Student Parliament: “When I went on an excursion to a recycling company, I didn’t think that the organization’s work was so large-scale. The peculiarity of the tour, of course, was that you could see almost all stages of plastic waste recycling and touch ready-made materials with your hands.»
According to Kalmyrz Nursultan Nurzhanovich (art. gr. PGS -21k): «The tour was very interesting, as we looked at the real production and got acquainted with people who have extensive experience in the work of recycling. We also learned that it is possible to hand over recyclables, for example, to hand over cardboard and get 30 tenge per kilogram for it, waste paper – 50 tenge, vegetable boxes – 40 tenge, polyethylene and stretch film – 100 tenge, PET bottles – 60 tenge, cans, bottles of detergents – 60 tenge, aluminum cans – 200 tenge, plastic buckets, children’s plastic toys, baths, basins, buckets of mayonnaise, bumpers – 30 tenge, big bags – 70 tenge per kilogram. They accept office equipment and household appliances on a free basis. Many thanks to the organizers of the event for such an interesting tour!».
