Tokayev rightly noted, today Kazakhstan faces the need to provide reliable and environmentally friendly energy sources, and nuclear energy is one of the key solutions in this matter. It is important to understand that making such strategic decisions requires the active participation of society, and the upcoming referendum is an important step in this direction. This is the principle of the concept of a "hearing state". We must think about the future, taking into account the long-term national interests and the specifics of our country.
