NJSC «Karaganda Industrial University» informs about the decision taken by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which owns and uses a 100% stake in the Company (Sole Shareholder) (№553 dated 04.12.2024):

1. The powers of a member of the Board of Directors of the NJSC «Karaganda Industrial University» Akhmetov Erbol Sabyrzhanovich were prematurely terminated.
2. Elected to the Board of Directors of the Company:

-Bauyrzhan Askarovich Tynysbekov – Deputy Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
