Karaganda Industrial University (KarIU) continues to strengthen international cooperation and expand the geography of its student population. On August 13, the university received an official letter of commendation from the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, which was personally presented to the rector of KarIU, Bakhуt Akhatovich Zhautikov.
The letters of appreciation were delivered by Abdul Walid Fayez Wazani, a successful graduate of KarІU's master's program from Afghanistan. He noted the high level of education received at the university, emphasizing that he had gained deep and solid knowledge, especially in his professional field.
Abdul Walid is not stopping there — he plans to continue his studies in the field of electric power engineering. It is particularly important that he has reported that cooperation with Afghanistan will continue. Abdul Walid about the trend of attracting new students from Afghanistan to Temirtau University, opening the way for further development of international partnership.
This visit and the expressed gratitude were another step towards strengthening international relations and confirming the authority of Karaganda Industrial University in the global educational space.
