INFORMATION AND EXPLANATORY WORK ON TARGETED GRANTS WAS HELD IN ATYRAU AND AKTAU
On April 22, the Department of Education organized an exhibition of Higher education in the House of Friendship of Aktau, Mangystau region with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the director of the National Testing Center, as well as heads of 42 leading universities of the country participating in the development of a targeted grant. More than 3.5 thousand school graduates, parents, teachers of the Mangystau region took part in this event.
At the exhibition, teachers of Karaganda Industrial University presented full information for graduates, told about the relevance and viability of specialties, gave advice on choosing a specialty. After the exhibition, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Nurbek, Deputy Akim of the Mangystau region U. were present at a round table meeting at the Sh. Yesenov University. Tnaliev, Head of the Department of Education of Mangystau region D. Zhumasheva and others. they took part and shared valuable opinions on the importance of educational grants for these regions, on the further development of the education sector of the region as a whole.
In accordance with a specially created work schedule from April 17 to 22, the teachers of our educational institution conducted career guidance work and carried
out career guidance work for students of grades 11 of all rural schools of the city, Karakiyansky, Tupkaragan districts.
Today, on April 24, an exhibition for graduates of schools in the region was organized in the Cultural and Sports complex "Zhaiyk" of Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov. Graduates of all schools of Atyrau region took part in the exhibition. At the exhibition, heads and representatives of 42 universities met with graduates and answered all their questions. After the exhibition, under the chairmanship of Vice-Minister K.Yergaliev, a round table meeting was held on the issue of training young people in western regions in leading universities for high-quality and comprehensive implementation of the instructions of the Head of State on the development of targeted educational grants. The round table was attended by Deputy Akim of Atyrau region Zh. Bisembiev, representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Regional Department of Education.
In order to master the targeted grants allocated to the western regions, graduates and parents who took part in the exhibition of higher education were given information about the educational programs of the Karaganda Industrial University and established close ties with them. Our teachers will continue this work until the end of April.
We hope that these significant events, organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the education departments of the western regions, will give great results and every year intensify the work to support school graduates from the state.
