KARIU CONDUCTED A TRAINING ON THE FORMATION OF CORPORATE IDENTITY OF TEACHERS ON THE TOPIC: “EMPATHY IN THE CULTURAL-SPIRITUAL ASPECT.”

On February 26, at the initiative of the КarIU compliance service, a training on the formation of corporate identity of teachers was held on the topic: "Empathy in the cultural-spiritual aspect."

The speaker of the training, Angela Alvanovna Injigolyan, is a candidate of sociological sciences, a professional mediator.

During the training, aspects of the formation of corporate identity were considered - the basis for the successful activity of any team.

Employees' sense of corporate identity means that they realize and accept the ideals and rules of the organization, associate themselves with it, and connect their future. Organizational goals become personally significant for employees, and corporate values become personal values that they broadcast to the external environment through various channels. It is through corporate identity that reliable and lasting relationships within the team are built.

KarIU has a code of corporate ethics, which contains a set of norms, rules and principles that define the ethics of mutual relations within the university, as well as mutual relations with partners.

During the training, the basic principles of corporate identity were demonstrated, an employee of Kogamdyk Kelisim KSU, Indira Syzdykova, held a game with the participants of the training, which demonstrated how rejection of corporate ethics norms can lead to conflict within the team.

At the end of the training, participants were awarded certificates of participation.
