On July 5, 2024, a solemn graduation ceremony was held at Karaganda Industrial University – one of the brightest traditions of the university. This year, the university has trained 189 bachelors and 11 magistrates.
Addressing the words of farewell, the head of KarIU Bakhyt Akhatovich Zhautikov noted: "You have something to be proud of, because Karaganda Industrial University is the basic university of the basic branch of the economy of our country. The demand for graduates is the strongest feature of our university.
May the КarIU diploma be a reliable guide for you on your professional path and a source of pride!

The event was attended by teachers, staff of the university, as well as friends and families of graduates. Alexey Borisovich Lomakin, Chairman of the Temirtau Maslikhat, and Vladimir Anatolyevich Bykov, Director of the Association for the Promotion of Private Entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan, delivered parting words.
As part of the solemn event, another significant event took place – the laying of a time capsule with a message to graduates of 2029. The tradition did not appear by chance. The alumni connection is a kind of bridge that unites our students of different years. Thus, they share their achievements, plans, advice, and express gratitude and respect to teachers and followers.
