On September 4, the КarIU team discussed the President's message to the people of Kazakhstan at the Academic Council. The main goals and objectives of the Address were announced by the rector of the University, B. A. Zhautikov. The meeting participants paid special attention to the initiative of the Head of State to support working professions. The announcement of 2025 as the Year of Working Professions shows that the state aims to increase the prestige of labor specialties, which, in turn, is the basis for creating a competitive economy. As noted in her speech by Board Member-Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Sivyakova G.A., the main task of the university remains the high-quality training of qualified personnel.
