REPUBLICAN SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL CONFERENCE “ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE – CHANGING THE METHODS AND CONTENT OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION”

On November 28-29, 2024, Karaganda Industrial University invites you to take part in the Republican scientific and methodological Conference "ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE – CHANGING THE METHODS AND CONTENT OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION".

The working languages of the conference are Kazakh, Russian, and English.

To participate in the conference, it is necessary to submit to the organizing committee by November 14, 2024:

- application for participation in the attached form;

- abstracts of the report(s), designed according to the requirements below;

- a copy of the document confirming the payment of the registration fee.

The following sections are provided in the collection of works:

  1. Technologies of the future: the role of AI in the transformation of the educational environment.
  2. Critical thinking and creativity: strategies and tools for teachers.
  3. Innovative assessment methods: the formation of successful learning outcomes.
  4. Education as an instrument of anti-corruption policy.

The registration fee for participation in the conference and publication of abstracts in the collection for teaching staff is 3500 tenge, for undergraduates, doctoral students – 2000 tenge.

Requirements for the design of articles:

  • the length of the article should not exceed 6 full pages (including drawings);
  • the text is typed in MS WORD editor, TimesNewRoman font, font size (size) – 14;
  • A4 paper size; margins: top – 2 cm, bottom – 2.5 cm, left – 2 cm, right – 2 cm; line spacing – single; indentation of the first line – 0.8 cm;
  • from the top to the center – the title of the report in capital letters, then the initials and surnames of the authors in capital letters, in parentheses the place of work, city and country in lowercase letters, then the text in two intervals;
  • Materials must be submitted electronically;
  • Pages are not numbered.

The drawings must be of good quality and must have names.

The letter designations shown in the figures should be explained in the caption text.

Formulas must be typed in the MathType formulator, font (size) – 12.

All abbreviations and symbols in formulas should be deciphered, and the dimensions of physical quantities should be represented in the SI system.

Only those formulas and equations that are referenced in the text should be numbered.

Literary references in the text are numbered in the order of mention and a list of references is given at the end of the article. In the text, references to literature are marked with ordinal numbers in square brackets. In case of repeated reference to the same source, it is indicated in the list of references once; the exception is collections of articles, provided that references are made to different authors of this collection. If the number of authors of the work is no more than 4, then all authors are indicated; in the case of a larger number of authors, the first three are indicated, then the phrase "etc." is put.
