IN KARAGANDA, GRADUATES OF THE SCHOOL OF A YOUNG CIVIL SERVANT WERE AWARDED DIPLOMAS.

The regular season of the School of a young civil servant has ended in the Karaganda region. The project has been successfully operating for many years. Its task is to popularize the civil service among young people, train future specialists of a new format, the Akimat of the Karaganda region reports.

This year, fourth-year students and undergraduates from universities of the Karaganda region participated in the competition. 28 people were selected, among them Alikhan Baizhanov, a student of the Faculty of Economics and Construction of KarIU. During the training, graduates of the school gained teamwork skills. In addition, they learned the ethics of business communication, learned about effective communications, and project management.

Each student, as a sign of graduation from the School of a young civil servant, received a diploma and a certificate that will help in finding employment. In the future, the project participants will be able to try to enter the pool of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
