On December 5, КarIU hosted the final round of the music competition "The song helps us build and live", organized by the Faculty of Continuing Education and Career. The competition was held among 9th grade students of Temirtau schools. The aim of the competition is to connect vocal art with technical professions, where music is intertwined with engineering, technology and innovation. The final Gala concert was attended by representatives of the A. Bokeikhan Gymnasium, Secondary Schools № 21, № 6 and № 8.
The results of the competition:
1st place - Tleubergenov Sanzhar, a student of the 9th grade of secondary school No. 6 with the song "The Driver";
2nd place - Pirnazarova Korkem, a student of the 9th grade of secondary school No. 8 with the song "Kurylyshy agalar / The Construction Brothers";
3rd place - Bazhanova Ksenia and Udich Polina, students of the 9th grade of secondary school № 21 with the song "Accountant"; and Omir Nurasyl, a student of the 9th grade of the gymnasium named after A. Bokeikhan with the song "Kenshiler marches / March of miners".
All participants of the final were awarded diplomas, valuable prizes and cash certificates.
An Open Day was also held within the framework of the event, where the Technical and Economic College at КarIU and the multidisciplinary college Miras presented their educational programs for applicants in 2025. КarIU thanks the educational institutions for their cooperation.
