On March 14, the official signing ceremony of the memorandum of cooperation between Karaganda Industrial University and Temirtau Vocational Technical College took place. The agreement reached will be an important step in training personnel for high-demand working professions.
The event was attended by the heads of both educational institutions, who have already discussed the prospects for cooperation and exchanged information on strategic plans for the future. Thus, within the framework of the memorandum, it is planned to develop and synchronize educational programs, exchange students and teachers, and conduct joint research and educational projects.
"Cooperation with Karaganda Industrial University gives us great opportunities," assured Madi Toleugazy, Director of Temirtau Vocational College. - The college is interested in hosting guest lectures, seminars by university scientists, and round tables. Based on the signed memorandum, the КarIU departments will conduct career guidance work among graduates and teachers of the college.
Today, the material and technical base of Karaganda Industrial University includes everything necessary for a high-quality educational process: sufficient infrastructure, research laboratories, electronic resources, a variety of visual and educational materials.
The teaching staff includes renowned scientists, including holders of state awards, scholarships, prizes and titles. All this allows us to produce specialists who meet the requirements of the modern labor market.
"I am confident that the agreement reached will contribute to the development of the national education system, eliminate the shortage of working professions, develop the professional competencies of graduates and their future successful employment," said KarIU Rector Bakhyt Zhautikov.
In addition, within the framework of the memorandum, the parties will promote the integration of educational institutions and strengthen ties between science, education and manufacturing enterprises.
