Karaganda Industrial University is proud to announce a significant achievement: Baykozha Aizhan, a student of our university, became the winner of the Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) international scholarship program, implemented with the support of the Government of the Republic of Korea.
Following the results of the competitive selection, Baykozha Aizhan received the opportunity to study at Kyungsung University (Busan, Republic of Korea) as part of the short-term GKS exchange program for the fall semester of 2025.
The GKS program provides international students with a unique opportunity to receive academic education at leading universities in South Korea, broaden their horizons, and get acquainted with the culture and educational system of the country. Program participants are reimbursed for round-trip flight expenses and are provided with a monthly stipend for accommodation.
