The Department of Energy at the “Energy Engineering” Chair organized an online meeting with colleagues from the Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov to discuss the development of dual-degree programs.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed key elements of joint training for energy engineers:
✅ academic mobility mechanisms and credit transfer of courses,
✅ requirements for graduation projects and research supervisors,
✅ organizational steps for launching a dual-degree track for bachelor’s and master’s students in energy specialties.
The cooperation between the universities aims to shape a new generation of professionals ready to work in a rapidly evolving energy transition.
The dual-degree program provides students with unique opportunities:
earn two diplomas in one specialty,
broaden their professional prospects in an international environment,
strengthen their practical training,
become part of the energy transformation of Central Asia.
