After many weeks of dedicated effort, the “Catalyzing Women’s Entrepreneurship in Higher Education” initiative stands as a beacon of empowerment and innovation. This program not only inspires young women to embrace entrepreneurial thinking but also aligns seamlessly with the strategic vision of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev (Касым-Жомарт Токаев) and Kazakhstan’s commitment to sustainable development goals. It reflects the country’s dedication to fostering innovation, inclusivity, and excellence on both a local and global scale.
Powered by Mr. Alex Matrsson (Алекс Матссон), a Swedish Pracademic, Initiative Founder, and Honorary Patron, the event was hosted at Karaganda Industrial University under the visionary leadership of Prof. Bakhyt Zhautikov (Бахыт Жаутиков), Rector. The event was organized by Mrs. Anastassiya Chvanova (Анастасия Чванова), Director of the Department of Strategy, Internationalization, Digitalization, and Cybersecurity at Karaganda Industrial University. The occasion was further honored by the presence of Distinguished Guest and Keynote Speaker, the international Kazakh celebrity Prof. Kadisha Onalbayeva (Кадиша Оналбаева).
The ceremony opened with the majestic strains of the Kazakhstan anthem, infusing the room with a sense of pride and anticipation. As the music gently faded, the event unfolded with a series of compelling speeches. It began with the University Rector’s address, eloquently delivered by Prof. Saule Ainabekova (Сауле Айнанбекова), followed by the insightful speech of Mr. Alex Matrsson (Алекс Матрссон). Next, the audience was captivated by the passionate words of Mrs. Anastassiya Chvanova (Анастасия Чванова), and the event culminated with the keynote address by Prof. Kadisha Onalbayeva (Кадиша Оналбаева). Following the speeches, the ceremony continued with an engaging discussion session, and then the highlight of the event: students were called up one by one to receive their certificates, celebrating their remarkable achievements.
Mr. Alex Matrsson (Алекс Матрссон) recognized the outstanding students who were honored with the Certificate of Global Competence. This certificate acknowledges their active participation in the international competition “Catalyzing Women’s Entrepreneurship in Higher Education,” held in November 2025 by Karaganda Industrial University. This recognition celebrates their excellence, dedication, and innovative mindset, highlighting their remarkable skills and potential to drive success both locally and globally.
