An intelligent ecosystem of AI agents for students and staff of Karaganda Industrial University
This is a family of specialized AI agents designed to automate and simplify key university processes — from assisting graduates and applicants to checking scientific articles. All agents will be implemented as user-friendly Telegram bots and web applications, providing quick and accurate responses, improving information accessibility, and facilitating interaction with university services.

AI Diploma Advisor
An intelligent agent for final-year students that provides consultations on preparing diploma projects: it answers questions about the content, structure, and formatting of theses. It uses uploaded methodological guidelines and samples of completed theses to generate responses. Operates via a Telegram bot. In the pilot phase, it handled 41 requests with 92% accuracy and an average response time of 1.6 seconds.

An AI agent for students planning academic mobility. It provides consultations on exchange programs, document preparation procedures, application deadlines, and participation rules. AI Admission Consultant
An agent for prospective students that provides detailed information about study programs, admission requirements, and application deadlines. It answers applicants’ frequently asked questions in real time, using uploaded catalogs of academic programs and electives, as well as regulatory documents, including rules for admitting international students.

A digital assistant for freshmen and other students. It provides information about the locations of academic buildings, departments, the library, and other university facilities, as well as schedules and key contact details. It uses uploaded materials such as the student guide, academic policies, calendar, and FAQ.

An AI agent that checks scientific articles for compliance with the requirements of the KarIU Bulletin. It evaluates the structure of the work and the formatting of references. It relies on formatting rules and has been trained on samples of articles with varying quality levels..
