The faculty was established in September 2024. The faculty includes a Call center, a Career center.

The Faculty of Continuing Education and Career is an important structural unit of the university, which is engaged in the development of educational programs aimed at maintaining professional growth, professional development and career development of students and specialists.

The main activities of the faculty:

  1. Continuing education: Organization of educational programs for people who want to improve their skills or master new competencies throughout their lives (courses, trainings, webinars and other forms of education).
  2. Career counseling: Assistance to students and graduates in job search, resume preparation, preparation for interviews, as well as in matters of career growth (workshops, master classes and internships).
  3. Adult education: Education for people who, for some reason, did not complete their education at a young age or want to change their profession. These are retraining and advanced training programs for working people.
  4. Network programs and partnerships: Interaction with employers, professional associations and other institutions to create educational programs that meet the current requirements of the labor market.

The Faculty of Continuing Education and Career plays a key role in providing opportunities for self-development and career growth throughout a person's life.

      The main aspects of the work of the Faculty of Continuing Education and Career:

  1. Courses and programs for professionals

The Faculty of Continuing Education and Career organizes advanced training and retraining courses for professionals in various fields.

The programs are short-term and long-term, they are aimed at:

  • Updating knowledge in the professional field.
  • Mastering new technologies and approaches.
  • Certification programs that give the right to work in new professions or in new fields.
  1. Career center and professional orientation

A career center  helps students and graduates to find jobs or complete internships.

The tasks of the career center include:

  • Assistance in writing a resume and an accompanying letter.
  • Consultations on employment issues, including career choice, job search and adaptation to a new workplace.
  • Preparing for interviews, including conducting trainings and role-playing games to practice communication skills with employers.
  • Organization of job fairs and internships.
  1. Learning formats:

Offline and online training.

Tasks are sent to the Moodle and Platonus programs in the form of:

- Interactive lectures and seminars.

- Virtual workshops, trainings, and practical exercises.

  - Modules focused on solving real-world cases and tasks.

  1. Adaptation to changes in the labor market

One of the most important aspects of the faculty's activities is the constant monitoring of changes in the labor market and the adaptation of educational programs to these changes. The labor market is constantly developing, new professions are emerging, outdated ones are disappearing.

The Faculty of Continuing Education and Career actively cooperates with enterprises, employers and professional associations to:

   - Develop relevant courses that meet the needs of the market.

- To teach students and specialists in-demand skills.

   - To introduce innovative methods of teaching and knowledge assessment.

  1. Networking and creation of professional communities

Another important task of the faculty is to create professional communities where students, graduates and employers can share experiences, share knowledge and find new business contacts.

The Faculty of Continuing Education and Career performs not only the role of an educational institution, but also contributes to the development of professional skills, supports career growth and adaptation of graduates in the labor market, and also offers new opportunities.
