In order to establish and develop cooperation in the field of creating socio-economic, legal, organizational conditions and guarantees for the spiritual, cultural, educational, professional and physical development of student youth, the disclosure of their creative potential in the interests of the whole society, as well as the development of youth policy and volunteer activities, a member of the Board – Galina Sivyakova, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of KarIU, and Alyona Yurievna, head of the Shanyrak Volunteer Center in Temirtau Hegai, signed a memorandum on mutually beneficial cooperation on September 29 of this year.
Within the framework of the Memorandum, issues of further bilateral cooperation, the implementation of social volunteer projects aimed at serving society, expanding the volunteer movement and increasing the global responsibility of CarIU students were discussed.
Both sides have already worked out concrete steps to implement the memorandum. Within its framework, it is planned to develop a system of professional training and free training of volunteers, the formation and improvement of volunteer activities of students and taking into account the participation of volunteers in volunteer programs and events at the city, regional and republican levels. It is planned to implement joint educational online and offline learning projects, joint organization and participation in the events of the city of Temirtau, including in volunteer camps and thematic programs.
