Department of Science, Innovation and International Cooperation The Department of Science, Innovation and International Cooperation of the NAO "Karaganda Industrial University" is a structural subdivision of the university, which carries out and coordinates research and development work (R&D) carried out at the university, as well as international cooperation. The Department is a single scientific structure that unites all research and international departments of the university, including faculties, departments, research centers (NC), laboratories. Department of Strategic Development and International Relations The Department of Strategic Development and International Relations of the NJSC «Karaganda Industrial University» is a structural division of the university that coordinates strategic planning and international relations aimed at developing the university in the context of global changes. The Department unites all divisions of the University related to issues of strategic development, international cooperation and interaction with foreign partners, including faculties, departments, as well as other scientific and educational structures. The activities of the Department are based on the legislative and regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the Charter of KarIU. Strategic development and international activities are determined on the basis of the university development strategy and decisions of its Academic Council. The main goal of the Department is to ensure sustainable development of the university, strengthen its international image, attract international partners for scientific and educational cooperation, improve the effectiveness of educational and scientific programs, and strengthen the university's position in international rankings. Department of Operation, TB, GO and Emergency The Department of Operation, Safety, Civil Defense and Emergency Situations is a structural subdivision of the University and reports directly to the Rector.
The main activity of the Department includes the organization of activities in the following areas:
