In 1989 she graduated from the faculty of Philosophy of the Leningrad State University named after A. Zhdanov in the specialty “Philosophy”, qualification is “Teacher of Philosophy and Social Studies”.
In 1999 she defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Philosophy in specialty 09.00.03 at the Kazakh State University. “History of Philosophy”.

1989-2002 years. – assistant, teacher, senior lecturer, docent of humanitarian departments of the KSIU;
2002-2005 years. – dean of distance learning faculty of KSIU;
2005-2008 years. – pro-rector on educational work of KSIU;
2008-2010 years. – docent of the Department of “Philosophy and Social and Humanitarian Sciences”.
2010-2014 years. – pro-rector on educational work of KSIU;
2014- 2017 years. – docent of the department “History of Kazakhstan and general educational disciplines”;
