A MINI-CONFERENCE “INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN METALLURGY” WAS HELD
As part of the methodological week of the Faculty of Metallurgy and Mechanical Engineering, a mini-conference “Innovative Technologies in Metallurgy” was held on March 24 at the Department of Metallurgy and Materials Science, which was held to show participants the methods of applying innovative technologies in the educational process and in practice. The target audience was doctoral students and undergraduates in the educational program “Metallurgy of ferrous and non-ferrous metals”. The event consisted of two sections in which participants could get information and practical skills in the application of innovative technologies. The first section featured lectures by experts in the field of metallurgy, who spoke about the latest innovative methods and technologies used in this field. Participants could ask questions and get answers from experts.
The second section was devoted to the demonstration of innovative technologies. Participants could see how modern equipment works and take part in practical classes where they could apply their knowledge and get feedback from experienced mentors.
The conference participants gained valuable experience and knowledge that they can apply in their work and educational process. The participants were able to exchange experiences and establish new connections in their industry.
In general, the conference “Innovative Technologies in Metallurgy” was successful and informative, and confirmed that innovative technologies play an important role in metallurgy and their application can help improve the results of work in this industry
