The training was organized by the NAO "National Scientific and Practical Institute of Child Welfare "Orken", which provided all methodological material and professional speakers - trainers for conducting training seminars as part of the training of students on a free basis.

Following the results of the two-day training, volunteer students were given instructions and manuals for working with children and adolescents in schools. Their further work will include important areas of patriotic and environmental education, increasing responsibility, strengthening intra-school relationships, developing emotional intelligence, legal, reading, financial and IT literacy. Now our students will become senior companions and mentors for teenagers.

Starting from the middle of March, our volunteers will begin their active volunteer activities in 35 schools in Temirtau and Aktau village. The implementation of volunteer projects will be carried out within the framework of school events.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to actively use diverse and effective forms of work, such as organizing round tables, conducting trainings, developing communication skills, including acquaintance, healthy communication and establishing common interests. There will also be master classes, flash mobs, challenges, sports tournaments, charity events and extracurricular activities in the TEDX format.
