As part of the events dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the birth of K. Satpayev, «Karaganda Industrial University» held a competition among the employees of the university «Best Researcher – 2023».
The contest was attended by 13 people – representatives of the teaching staff, researchers and doctoral students of the university. To participate in the competition, each of them had to fill in an application form, which should reflect the main achievements for the previous calendar year. Such achievements of the contestants were taken into account as management of scientific projects, startup projects, publication of articles in peer-reviewed international and domestic journals, publication of monographs, obtaining patents and copyright certificates, contribution to the development of international cooperation, training of PhDs and masters, teaching individual academic disciplines in foreign universities, etc. According to the results of the work of the competition committee on April 15, 2024, the winners of the competition with the highest number of points were determined.
1st place – Volokitina Irina (469 points);
2nd place – Kuatbay Yerbol (223,07 points);
2nd place – Erzhanov Almas (196,52 points);
3rd place – Ashkeev Zhasulan (153.3 points);
3rd place – Abdirashit Asylbek (147.47 points);
3rd place – Abishkenov Maxat (140.6 points).
