The editorial Board is responsible for making a decision to publish the materials (manuscripts) submitted by the authors in the Journal.
The editorial Board evaluates manuscripts based on their intellectual content.
Members of the editorial Board should not disclose information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the corresponding author or reviewers.
The editorial Board participates in the discussion of the content of each issue of the journal.
Peer review helps editors make editorial decisions and helps the author improve the manuscript.
Any manuscript received for review must be treated as a confidential document. Manuscripts should not be shown or discussed with third parties without the permission of the editor-in-chief. The Director of the Dni is responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of the editorial Board and the entire process of forming and publishing each Journal.
The Executive Secretary and technical editor ensure the reception, registration and storage of incoming materials and reviews, complete issues of the Magazine by section, control the timing of the production of the circulation and its distribution. Monitor the timely filling of the Magazine on the KGIU website.
The Executive Secretary notifies the authors of the receipt of the article by e-mail within 14 days. If necessary, it conducts correspondence with the authors about the elimination of comments and sends articles to the members of the editorial Board to check their compliance with the requirements for the design of articles, to check the uniqueness of the text in the "Antiplagiat" system.
Reviewers ' responsibilities
The review should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate.
The reviewer must add arguments to their comments.
The reviewer should draw the editor's attention to significant similarities in the manuscript under consideration and any other published work.
Privileged information or ideas must be kept confidential and not used for personal gain.
A reviewer who believes that his / her qualifications are not sufficient to make a decision when reviewing a submitted article should immediately notify the editor and abandon the review process.
The reviewer must identify and indicate the absence of necessary links.
The reviewer should not consider manuscripts that may cause a conflict of interest arising from competition, collaboration, or other relationships with any of the authors, companies, or institutions related to the article.
Responsibilities of authors
Authors of original research reports should present an objective discussion of its results in the article. If the authors used works and / or text fragments of other authors, then there should be appropriate links to published works. Fraudulent or deliberately inaccurate statements are unacceptable.
As a rule, authors should not publish articles with the same research in more than one journal, and should ensure that the research they have written is original.
Persons who have made a significant contribution to the study should be listed as co-authors (ensuring the authenticity of the authorship).
The author must immediately notify the Executive Secretary or technical editor of a significant error or inaccuracy found in his or her peer-reviewed or published work in order to correct or refute it.
