23 апреля 2021 г. заведующий кафедрой «Технологии искусственного интеллекта» Кунаев Вячеслав Александрович принял участие в республиканском форуме молодых ученых «Умное поколение», который прошел в онлайн-формате на платформе ZOOM. Форум проводился в рамках празднования тридцатилетия Независимости РК Министерством информации и общественного развития РК совместно с Министерством образования и науки РК.
Целью проведения Форума стала популяризация достижений молодых ученых за годы Независимости Республики Казахстан и в целом науки среди молодого поколения.
Во время своих выступлений на Форуме молодые казахстанские ученые, занимающиеся исследованиями в разных отраслях науки, поделились своими достижениями и опытом работы в выбранной сфере.
По результатам работы Форума его участниками был выработан ряд рекомендаций для государственных органов, направленных на дальнейшую поддержку и развитие инициатив молодых ученых в Республике Казахстан, таких как закрепление статуса «Молодой ученый» в тексте Закона «О науке» РК, увеличение финансирования на проведение полевых исследований докторантами, усиление требований к качественному составу ППС вузов и др.
[/ru] [en]On April 23, 2021, the head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Technologies, Vyacheslav Aleksandrovich Kunaev, took part in the republican forum of young scientists «Smart Generation», which was held online on the ZOOM platform. The forum was held within the framework of the celebration of the thirtieth anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the Forum was to popularize the achievements of young scientists over the years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and, in general, science among the younger generation.
During their speeches at the Forum, young Kazakhstani scientists engaged in research in various fields of science shared their achievements and experience in their chosen field.
Based on the results of the Forum’s work, its participants developed a number of recommendations for state bodies aimed at further support and development of initiatives of young scientists in the Republic of Kazakhstan, such as consolidating the status of «Young Scientist» in the text of the Law «On Science» of the Republic of Kazakhstan, increasing funding for field research doctoral students, strengthening the requirements for the qualitative composition of the teaching staff of universities, etc.
